Customs representative performs services related to the customs clearance of cargoes in different customs regimes and is jointly responsible apart with the client. It can be also a foreign trade agent.

How it happens
FEA- transaction of a customer is formally divided into two parts: Part 1 - International and 2 - in Russia and if necessary and within the country of a customer. Internal contract is made between a client (principal) and TH "Euro-Ru", similar to if the client concluded it with a foreign partner. And the client signs the international contract with the foreign partner already on behalf of foreign trade activities (FEA)- operator.
Having shifted to us functions of an importer and/or the exporter, our clients formally and de jure don't participate in the international part of their transaction and remains in a legislative and currency field of the country. However, the contract binding the "client" - "Euro-Ru" - "partner" guarantees to them actual presence in it. Encumbrance of the operator contracts identical, in fact, provides the client (principal) all necessary guarantees, control and management of the transaction at all stages of its realization (within the country the exporter, between the countries and within the country the importer), and also provides control of expenses of financial means and movement of goods .
